After nine months of fighting with an insurance company over whether or not my sister's death was a legitimate accident, I was referred to Palumbo Wolfe & Palumbo. I was planning on giving up on fighting the insurance company because I was grieving, exhausted and simply didn't have the strength to keep arguing or the money to hire people to show the insurance company was wrong. It was and wasn't about money. It was about proving my sister died accidentally and that her beneficiary was entitled to the benefits of a plan she had paid into. It was relieving to put this in someone else's hands. The only way I could have afforded legal care was if the cost was deducted from a won settlement, so what seemed like the only option became the best experience during a difficult time. The insurance company insinuated my sister killed herself. I knew she didn't. Scott Palumbo helped to prove that. The cost was fair, the service was compassionate.

I was forced to search for new legal advice after my shady attorney lost his license to practice law while handling my motorcycle accident case that resulted in permanent injuries in 2012 by a distracted professional driver. I didn’t know what to do as I had never needed an attorney before. I found Scott Palumbo quite by accident in 2013 and was so glad that I did! He set my mind at ease immediately as you could tell that you were dealing with a talented family man who is passionate about his work, and who has principals and integrity, which I greatly respect. We connected and I instantly knew that I was in very capable, and experienced hands.
It has been my pleasure to get to know Scott over the past couple of years and I can tell you that Scott is an exceptional “one in a million” professional and is a man of substance. He has been very informative through out the entire process, trustworthy, tactful, detailed, GETS RESULTS, and most importantly puts your interests well ahead of his own. I am eternally grateful to both Scott and his extremely competent Legal Assistant Susan and consider myself very blessed for having found him!

Scott Palumbo has the diamond brain and the heart of gold. He generously shares his unsurpassed brilliance with his colleagues. My best "thoughts" are stolen from the wellspring of his mind. A theft is at play. It is a privilege to know him. More power to his star!

My fiancé was in a catastrophic motorcycle accident in 2003. He was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and was in a coma. I was not sure what to do. I was referred to Mr. Scott Palumbo by a family member. Scott accepted our case immediately. From the first time I spoke to Mr. Palumbo while my fiancée was in the hospital, Mr. Palumbo was able to immediately understand the facts of the situation and provide sound advice about how to proceed. I realized from the start that I was dealing with an extremely responsive and knowledgeable person and this gave me comfort during a very difficult time in my life. From this first conversation and over the next 7 years it took to resolve the case, Mr. Palumbo demonstrated a very strong understanding of the facts and law of this very complicated case. His knowledge of the law and court procedures was outstanding. He was always immediately available to answer questions or provide feedback via e-mail, phone calls or face-to-face visits.
I would recommend Mr. Palumbo to anyone. Not only is he a great attorney, but is also a person that has a caring heart and has his clients’ best interests in mind.

I was paralyzed from the neck down in an auto accident in 1980. Anthony took my case in approximately 1981. He spent three tirelessly years on my case. During that time I could not have asked for better representation. He was compassionate well-being up front with the legal process. In April 1984, he managed to win made the largest out-of-court settlement in Maricopa counties history at that time. It ended up being a road design case. Without that settlement, which allowed me to have great care givers. I may not be here today because of inadequate care, i.e. inability to pay for quality care. I can never thank him enough for what he did for me. So if you have any type of injury that you feel was caused by someone else, not hesitate for a moment to pick up the phone and call his firm.
